Cactusandlime.com does not refund products due to a “change of mind”. All items are quality checked before they are packaged for delivery and in the rare case that you find your items are damaged or faulted on arrival, please contact us immediately and within 14 days of the purchase date on the receipt to arrange a refund or gift card. All returns or exchanges must be in their original condition, unused condition and original packaging. Return delivery costs and any subsequent damages from returned deliveries are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are entirely responsible for all delivery costs associated with returned items and exchanges. We recommend sending items by recorded delivery to ensure their safe arrival as cactusandlime.com will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. We are not able to exchange or refund any returned items that are lost in the post.
If you have received an item that has been damaged during delivery or is faulted, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before sending any items.
All items are despatched within 24 hours of placing your order. We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages and we find the average delivery time is 2-3 days from the date you place your order with us (within mainland UK), however all delivery times are estimated.

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is not available or we are not able to complete your order for any reason, we will contact you within 2 days to advise you of this and discuss supplying an alternative item or provide you with a full refund.
